
Product Manager – CPAP Masks, Interfaces

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create and implement product roadmaps for CPAP masks, respiratory interfaces, and associated accessories.
• Perform market research to pinpoint customer needs, competitive trends, and potential growth opportunities.
• Establish product requirements and business cases for new product development projects.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from product launches to enhancements and end-of-life planning.
• Monitor portfolio performance and suggest actions to enhance market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze feedback from patients, sleep clinicians, respiratory therapists, DME providers, and healthcare systems.
• Conduct customer interviews, usability studies, and field observations to uncover unmet needs.
• Convert clinical and user insights into actionable product requirements.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Industrial Design, Human Factors, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Operations teams throughout the development process.
• Define product specifications, user requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist in risk management, usability engineering, and validation efforts.
• Participate in design reviews to ensure products conform to customer and regulatory standards.
• Develop product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
• Aid in sales training and the creation of customer-facing materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing to formulate launch plans and commercialization strategies.
• Monitor launch performance and customer adoption metrics.
• Act as the primary product champion throughout the organization.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet project milestones, timelines, and business goals.
• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders while balancing technical, commercial, and customer priorities.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of product management experience in medical devices, healthcare products, or respiratory care.
• Proven experience managing products throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in regulated settings.
• Familiarity with CPAP masks, sleep therapy devices, respiratory interfaces, or ventilator accessories (preferred).
• Understanding of sleep apnea therapy, respiratory care workflows, and patient adherence challenges (preferred).
• Knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, MDR, and medical device product development processes (preferred).
• Experience in human factors engineering and user-centered design (preferred).
• An MBA or advanced degree in a related field (preferred).
