Product Manager, Core Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Establish the long-term product vision for your area within Core Markets, encompassing initial research and market analysis leading to a well-founded, evidence-driven direction.

• Transform diverse customer and market insights into organized, well-structured cases that can influence organizational decisions — moving beyond “I spoke with five customers” to a thoroughly articulated rationale.

• Collaborate closely with GTM to gain insights into market dynamics, the competitive landscape, and go-to-market prospects within your domain.

• Identify and evaluate the most significant product opportunities; present your strategy, hypotheses, and findings to leadership and relevant stakeholders.

• Partner with Product Owners responsible for delivery; your role is to set the strategic direction and instill confidence, rather than managing sprints.

• Develop business cases with a clear focus on commercial aspects: Total Addressable Market (TAM), revenue potential, risk assessment, and prioritization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior Product Manager or Head of Product level, possessing experience in managing substantial, strategic product domains.

• Excellent at organizing ambiguous issues — you can distill complex information into a clear, defendable framework.

• Strong business acumen and commercial insight: you correlate product choices with revenue and market results.

• Experience in both large corporations and small/startup environments.

• Comfortable working as an Individual Contributor (IC): you are eager to make significant contributions on your own rather than lead a team.

• Proven experience in collaborating with GTM (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

• Proficient in English (C1+) and Russian.
