Product Manager, Core Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Establish the long-term product vision for your area within Core Markets — encompassing everything from foundational research and market analysis to a cohesive, evidence-supported strategy.

• Convert diverse customer and market insights into structured, compelling cases that can guide organizational decisions — moving beyond “I spoke to five customers” to a well-formed argument.

• Collaborate closely with GTM to gain insights into market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and go-to-market opportunities within your domain.

• Identify and assess the most significant product opportunities; present strategies, hypotheses, and insights to leadership and stakeholders.

• Work in partnership with Product Owners responsible for execution; your role is to establish direction and foster conviction, rather than manage sprints.

• Develop business cases with a clear focus on commercial aspects: Total Addressable Market (TAM), revenue potential, risks, and prioritization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior Product Manager or Head of Product experience, with a proven track record in managing substantial, strategic product domains.

• Highly skilled at structuring complex problems — you can distill chaotic information into a clear, defensible framework.

• Strong business acumen: you link product decisions to revenue and market impact.

• Experience in both large corporations and small/startup environments.

• Comfortable working as an Individual Contributor (IC): you are eager to make significant individual contributions rather than focus on team management.

• Proven experience collaborating with GTM (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) and influencing without direct authority.

• Proficient in English (C1+) and Russian.
