Product Manager – Core Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Establish the long-term product vision for your domain within Core Markets — encompassing initial research and market analysis leading to a coherent, evidence-based strategy.

• Transform diverse customer and market signals into well-structured, methodical cases that can influence organizational decisions — moving beyond casual anecdotal evidence to a thoroughly constructed argument.

• Collaborate closely with GTM to gain insights into market dynamics, competitive landscape, and go-to-market opportunities relevant to your domain.

• Identify and evaluate the most impactful product investments; present strategic plans, hypotheses, and insights to leadership and stakeholders.

• Partner with Product Owners responsible for delivery; your role is to provide direction and instill confidence, rather than manage sprints.

• Develop business cases with a clear commercial perspective: Total Addressable Market (TAM), revenue potential, risks, and prioritization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior Product Manager or Head of Product experience, with a proven track record of owning significant, strategic product areas.

• Excellent at structuring ambiguous challenges — you can distill complex information into a clear, defensible framework.

• Strong business acumen and commercial insight: you link product decisions directly to revenue and market results.

• Experience in both large organizations and small/startup environments.

• Comfortable as an individual contributor: you are eager to make high-level individual contributions rather than manage a team.

• Experience in collaborating with GTM (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) and influencing without direct authority.

• Proficient in English (C1+) and Russian.
