Product Manager, Core Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Formulate the long-term product strategy for your domain within Core Markets, encompassing initial research and market analysis leading to a cohesive, evidence-based direction.

• Transform diverse customer and market insights into well-structured, robust cases that can influence organizational decisions — moving beyond anecdotal evidence to a thoroughly constructed argument.

• Collaborate closely with GTM teams to comprehend market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and go-to-market opportunities within your domain.

• Identify and assess the most significant product opportunities; convey strategy, hypotheses, and insights to leadership and stakeholders.

• Partner with Product Owners responsible for delivery; your role is to provide direction and instill conviction, rather than manage sprints.

• Develop business cases with a clear commercial perspective, including Total Addressable Market (TAM), revenue potential, risks, and prioritization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior Product Manager or Head of Product level, with experience in overseeing large, strategic product areas.

• Highly skilled at structuring ambiguous challenges — capable of distilling complex information into a clear, defensible framework.

• Strong business acumen and commercial insight: able to link product decisions to revenue and market results.

• Experience in both large corporations and small/startup environments.

• Comfortable as an individual contributor (IC): eager to make significant individual contributions rather than manage a team.

• Proven experience collaborating with GTM (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) while influencing without formal authority.

• Proficient in English (C1+) and Russian.
