Product Manager, Core Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Establish the long-term product strategy for your area within Core Markets — encompassing everything from preliminary research and market analysis to a cohesive, evidence-based direction.

• Transform diverse customer and market signals into organized, thorough cases that can influence organizational decisions — moving beyond “I spoke to five customers” to formulating a well-structured argument.

• Collaborate closely with GTM to grasp market dynamics, competitive landscape, and go-to-market opportunities within your domain.

• Identify and evaluate the most significant product opportunities; present your strategy, hypotheses, and insights to leadership and stakeholders.

• Work in tandem with Product Owners responsible for delivery; your role is to set the vision and foster conviction, rather than manage sprints.

• Develop business cases with a clear commercial perspective: Total Addressable Market (TAM), revenue potential, risks, and prioritization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior Product Manager or Head of Product level, with experience managing substantial, strategic product domains.

• Outstanding at structuring ambiguous challenges — capable of transforming disorganized information into a clear, defensible framework.

• Strong commercial acumen: able to link product decisions to revenue and market results.

• Experience in both large corporations and small/startup environments.

• Comfortable in an individual contributor role: eager to make high-level contributions rather than manage a team.

• Proven experience collaborating with GTM (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) and influencing without direct authority.

• Fluent in English (C1+) and Russian.
