Product Manager – Core Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Formulate the long-term product strategy for your sector within Core Markets — encompassing initial research and market analysis up to a cohesive, evidence-based direction.

• Transform diverse customer and market insights into structured, methodical cases that can influence organizational decisions — not just “I spoke to five customers,” but a well-constructed rationale.

• Collaborate closely with GTM to grasp market dynamics, competitive landscape, and go-to-market opportunities within your sector.

• Identify and assess the most impactful product investments; present the strategy, hypotheses, and insights to leadership and stakeholders.

• Partner with Product Owners responsible for delivery; your role is to set the direction and instill conviction, rather than managing sprints.

• Develop business cases with a clear commercial perspective: TAM, revenue potential, risk assessment, and prioritization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior Product Manager or Head of Product level, with experience overseeing substantial, strategic product domains.

• Excellent at structuring ambiguous challenges — you can distill chaotic information into a clear, defensible framework.

• Strong business acumen and commercial insight: you link product decisions to revenue and market results.

• Experience in both large corporations and small/startup environments.

• Comfortable working as an Individual Contributor: you’re eager to make significant contributions independently rather than manage a team.

• Proven experience collaborating with GTM (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) and influencing without formal authority.

• Proficient in English (C1+) and Russian.
