Product Manager, Core Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Establish the long-term product vision for your domain within Core Markets, encompassing everything from initial research and market analysis to a well-defined, evidence-based direction.

• Transform diverse customer and market signals into organized, robust cases that can influence organizational decisions — moving beyond mere anecdotal evidence to formulating a well-structured argument.

• Collaborate closely with GTM to grasp market dynamics, the competitive landscape, and go-to-market opportunities within your domain.

• Identify and assess the most significant product opportunities; present strategy, hypotheses, and insights to leadership and stakeholders.

• Work in conjunction with Product Owners responsible for delivery; your role is to establish direction and instill confidence, rather than managing sprints.

• Develop business cases with a clear commercial perspective, focusing on TAM, revenue potential, risk assessment, and prioritization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior Product Manager or Head of Product level, with a proven track record of managing substantial, strategic product areas.

• Highly skilled in structuring ambiguous problems — you can distill complex information into a clear, defensible framework.

• Strong business acumen: you link product decisions directly to revenue and market results.

• Experience in both large corporations and small/startup environments.

• Comfortable functioning as an individual contributor: you are eager to make significant individual contributions rather than overseeing a team.

• Proven experience collaborating with GTM (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) and exerting influence without formal authority.

• Fluent in English (C1+) and Russian.
