This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate with the team to develop solutions and take ownership of the complete experience across human-powered services and software.
• Independently lead intricate solutions and manage expectations for complex projects, products, and features.
• Create an effective roadmap and strategy for the Contractor Management product area.
• Decompose strategic plans into clear short-term and mid-term objectives.
• Ensure alignment of the product roadmap with departmental and company-wide issues.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the product area and contribute to scaling and growth initiatives.
• Deliver enhancements swiftly and iteratively using minimal solutions.
• Support and guide a high-output, high-ROI product team.
• Comprehend key business KPIs and align team metrics to enhance them.
• Work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and stakeholders on complex challenges.
• Share product methodologies, processes, and insights throughout the Product organization.
• Effectively communicate and advocate for the team’s work to customers and internal teams.
• Engage in asynchronous and transparent workflows.
• Contribute to both tactical and strategic decision-making processes.
• Develop expertise in intricate business challenges related to mobile experiences.
• Report directly to the Group Product Manager.
• Previous experience as a product manager, preferably in a high-growth organization.
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code or similar tools.
• Capability to independently build, debug, and deliver functional prototypes or minor code adjustments utilizing AI tools.
• Strong strategic and tactical judgment in product management.
• Proven, self-motivated results that have positively influenced a product's trajectory.
• Enthusiasm for crafting seamless and effective products to address complex challenges.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across various departments.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
• Ability to independently handle simple features and iterations while resolving complex issues with minimal senior oversight.
