This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Collaborate with the team to create solutions and take ownership of the complete experience across human-powered services and software.
• Independently lead intricate solutions and manage internal expectations for challenging projects, products, and features.
• Develop a comprehensive roadmap and strategy for the Contractor Management product area.
• Translate strategic initiatives into clear near- and mid-term objectives.
• Ensure alignment of the product roadmap with departmental and company-wide challenges.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the product area and assist in scaling and growth initiatives.
• Implement enhancements promptly and iteratively using minimal solutions.
• Support a high-throughput, high-ROI product team.
• Comprehend business KPIs and align team efforts and metrics to enhance them.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, business stakeholders, operations, and sales teams.
• Share product methodologies, processes, and insights across the Product organization.
• Communicate and advocate for the team’s work to both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Operate asynchronously and with transparency.
• Contribute to both tactical and strategic decision-making processes.
• Develop expertise in complex business issues related to mobile experiences.
• Report directly to the Group Product Manager.
• Previous experience as a product manager, preferably in a high-growth company.
• Proficient in Cursor, Claude Code, or a comparable tool.
• Capability to independently build, debug, and deploy functional prototypes or minor code adjustments using AI tools.
• Strong strategic and tactical product judgment.
• Proven, self-motivated results that have positively influenced a product's trajectory.
• Enthusiasm for developing seamless and effective solutions for complex challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across various departments.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a remote working environment is advantageous.
