Product Manager – Consultations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of your product area from start to finish — from identifying the problem to delivering solutions and measuring impact.

• Follow through on every promise made. You don’t just deliver — you ensure that the expected value is realized and clearly communicated.

• Manage your area's scope and prioritization: Make well-defined trade-offs, handle scope creep effectively, and concentrate on delivering the highest-value outcomes within time and resource limits.

• Proactively communicate progress, risks, and results so that stakeholders always have clear visibility.

• Understand and manage dependencies with other teams, ensuring alignment and timely execution.

• Monitor and report on performance metrics for your area, utilizing data to guide decisions and assess success.

• Engage with customers weekly across various regions to gain insights into their workflows, challenges, and priorities.

• Convert insights into clear problem statements and validated opportunities that inform your squad’s roadmap.

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to explore solutions, validating them with customers prior to development.

• Ensure that roadmap items have clearly defined success metrics and baselines established before work commences.

• Evaluate adoption rates, review customer feedback, and determine subsequent steps.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management

• Proven experience in setting and tracking key metrics/outcomes for commercial success

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear and actionable insights

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Looker

• Understanding of agile methodologies and product development frameworks

• Expertise in data analysis and usage optimization

• Experience in the hair and beauty industry, consumer products, or mobile products

• Prior experience in supplier/vendor selection and relationship management
