Product Manager – Company Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• You will take charge of ensuring the market success of our offerings — from launching new products to enhancing existing ones.

• You will generate new product concepts and conduct swift customer validation cycles to expand viable ideas while discarding those that are unfeasible early on.

• You will assist in positioning and go-to-market strategies, thinking entrepreneurially to explore new business opportunities.

• You will maintain a strong focus on economic objectives such as adoption, growth, and value generation.

• You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Development, and other stakeholders, leveraging your technical knowledge to bridge gaps between them.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess experience in product or solution management, with some exposure to company building or business development being a plus.

• You have a keen sense of what the market and customers genuinely require and consistently incorporate economic factors into your decision-making.

• You are knowledgeable about iterative methodologies (e.g., Lean Startup, Design Thinking) and can swiftly test and assess ideas.

• Taking ownership, propelling initiatives forward, and showcasing results are intrinsic to your nature.

• You have excellent communication skills in both German and English, and you thrive on collaborating closely with colleagues from Sales, Development, and other teams — all while maintaining respect and a solution-oriented approach.

• You possess technical knowledge, perhaps as a Product Manager, in software development, or through experience with complex digital solutions.

• Experience in a start-up setting is highly advantageous.

• You can confidently articulate the benefits of an AI-first approach in an elevator pitch — clearly distinguishing where AI adds value and where human intuition is essential, inspiring your audience to embrace this vision.
