Product Manager, Cash

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of significant aspects of cash products, overseeing everything from problem identification to experiment design, implementation, and evaluation.

• Conduct a consistent series of experiments: establish hypotheses, set up instrumentation, and analyze results.

• Balance trade-offs between business results and user experience.

• Effectively communicate progress and decisions to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with multiple departments regarding product modifications, which includes regulatory assessments and operational readiness.

• Strong analytical skills; proficient in data interpretation and experienced with dashboards and SQL.

• Self-motivated: capable of tackling ambiguously defined problems.

• Background as a builder: engineering experience preferred.

• Excellent communication skills: clear, concise, and direct.

• Developing user instincts: a genuine concern for user experience.

• Comfort in regulated settings: collaboration with Compliance, Legal, Design, Credit, and Support is essential.

• Experience with consumer products is advantageous.
