Product Manager, Card Issuing – Market Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete product workstream for the introduction of Reap's card issuing infrastructure in European and African markets.

• Spearhead the launch of new card schemes within your designated markets.

• Create comprehensive market requirements documents that encompass the entire card issuing stack.

• Oversee project management for expansion efforts across various cross-functional teams.

• Manage the go-live checklist for every market and scheme.

• Lead the transition from Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to full operational capability.

• Maintain ongoing business as usual (BAU) activities for your markets.

• Monitor and adapt to continuous regulatory changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management specifically within card issuing, including direct engagement in launching card programs in new markets or jurisdictions.

• Comprehensive end-to-end knowledge of the card issuing stack.

• Experience with card schemes, specifically Visa and/or Mastercard.

• Proven track record in managing relationships with processors.

• A strong product operator with effective management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across different time zones.

• Excellent written communication skills.
