This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Overview of market vision: develop a robust understanding of the market landscape for your product portfolio, serving as the primary authority on these matters.
• Research activities: Perform focused market assessments, gather facts, and conduct customer insight initiatives related to your product portfolio.
• Feedback gathering: Organize customer meetings to collect, document, and assess user feedback effectively.
• Outreach facilitation: Assist in identifying and reaching out to relevant customers for organized feedback and outreach sessions.
• Roadmap formulation: Take charge of consolidating the product roadmap and defining priorities within your product scope. Ensure consensus on priorities is achieved from all stakeholders, including the SVP of Product and VP of Engineering.
• Feature specification: Create comprehensive user stories and functional requirements for previously identified, straightforward product features, ensuring that the development team comprehends the immediate goals for implementation.
• UX collaboration: Collaborate closely with the UX/UI team to outline wireframes and user flows in alignment with existing product patterns and guidelines.
• Development assistance: Provide support to the engineering and Technical Product Management (TPM) teams throughout the development phase by elucidating user stories and clarifying requirements.
• Quality assurance: Coordinate and implement basic testing plans to ensure that features fulfill established acceptance criteria prior to launch.
• Readiness for release: Take ownership of all pre-launch materials delivery, including feature documentation, release notes, and internal product demonstrations.
• Metric assessment: Establish and monitor predefined KPIs and success metrics to evaluate the performance of new features after their launch.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in Product Management or as a Product Owner within an agile software development setting.
• Core PM skills: Demonstrated foundational understanding of the product management lifecycle, showcasing a strong capability to write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage a tactical backlog from the outset.
• Technical qualifications: Experience with data tools, analytics platforms, or data science applications. A solid grasp of data workflows and data science concepts is essential for effective communication with our technical teams and users. Direct experience or familiarity with LLMs/GenAI, AI Agents, or managing plugin and extension ecosystems is highly advantageous.
