Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collect user requirements from customers, partners, and primary stakeholders.

• Create and manage channels for gathering user and market insights through interviews, surveys, competitive analysis, idea collection, and product data evaluation. (Utilizing Google Forms and Zoom.)

• Convert requirements into comprehensive functional user stories and acceptance criteria for our remote development teams.

• Prioritize and oversee product and sprint backlogs to guarantee the delivery of product value.

• Establish and uphold product instrumentation for evaluating the success of new feature development.

• Contribute to the overarching product strategy, vision, and goal-setting, with an emphasis on how the product can facilitate the achievement of key business objectives.

• Collaborate closely with UX, Documentation, Development, QA, Marketing, Success, Support, and Sales to define solutions and ensure successful product releases and feature launches.

• Lead and guide sprint planning sessions with Development and QA teams to ensure total understanding of the tasks at hand.

• Provide regular updates on project delivery status.

• Conduct user acceptance testing for functionalities delivered by development teams.

• Maintain, assess, and update functionalities as the product is delivered and feedback is collected.

• Address and assist in resolving any issues that may arise in production promptly.

• Contribute to documentation and the continuous improvement of the product development process.

• Commit to ongoing personal development, maintaining a keen awareness of industry trends and initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS companies, with at least 3 years of commercial experience as a software product owner or product manager for SaaS B2B products.

• A Bachelor's degree in business, design, engineering, or a related discipline.

• Highly analytical and data-focused.

• Strong skills in research and creative problem-solving.

• Experience operating within Agile Scrum software development environments.

• Solid awareness and interest in UX, design, and technology.

• Proven experience in setting product priorities based on business metrics and objectives.

• Preference will be given to candidates with a background in creative operations and project management experience with products related to Project Management, Digital Asset Management, Online proofing, or Creative Automation.

• Familiarity with Figma, Pendo, ProductBoard, Jira, and n8n is preferred.

• Experience with AI prototyping tools such as v0, Lovable, Replit, etc.

• Some background working on product features that incorporate Generative AI, ML, or Machine Vision is an advantage.

• Experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, Augment is a plus.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
