This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Scale Roadmap Management: Establish and prioritize the backlog aimed at enhancing growth, conversion, and retention for the financial and assistance product portfolio.

• Partnership Management (Partnership PM): Collaborate closely with external partners to deliver the optimal technical and commercial offerings for users.

• Funnel Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of hiring/acquisition funnels, pinpoint friction points, and implement ongoing improvements through A/B testing.

• Ecosystem Integration: Coordinate the delivery of services within the Gringo, Zapay, and Sem Parar applications to ensure a cohesive and seamless brand experience.

• Business & P&L Insight: Track product financial health metrics (take rate, CAC, delinquency, churn) and communicate findings to executive leadership.

• Cross-functional Leadership: Guide engineering, design, legal, compliance, and operations teams to facilitate the development of complex, regulated products.

• Actively oversee area demands, taking responsibility for planning, execution, and monitoring the impact of deliveries.

• Engage in decision-making, providing analyses, data, and critical perspectives.

• Collaborate across teams and individuals, sharing information, insights, and context.

• Continuously seek more straightforward, efficient, and sustainable problem-solving approaches.

• Contribute to the advancement of the team’s and business’s processes, practices, and outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Solid Experience: Preferred background as a Product Manager in Credit (Lending), Insurtech, or Fintech products.

• Experience with Third Parties: Previous experience integrating products through partner APIs and managing technical/commercial SLAs.

• Analytical Mindset: Proficiency with data analysis tools (SQL, Looker, Tableau, or Mixpanel) to assist in decision-making and prioritization using frameworks like RICE or MoSCoW.

• Growth Focus: Experience implementing cross-selling and up-selling strategies within large user bases.

• Executive Communication: Capability to convey complex visions in a straightforward manner to various stakeholders, from technical teams to C-level executives.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of BACEN and SUSEP regulations is a considerable advantage.

• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills.

• Accountability and ownership of deliverables.

• Willingness to accept feedback and pursue continuous learning.

• Not mandatory, but advantageous: Experience in dynamic, collaborative work environments.

• Autonomy and accountability in decision-making.
