Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives for product and process enhancements from initial planning to launch and scaling.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors, dietitians, psychologists, and personal trainers to convert clinical needs into digital product solutions.

• Decompose strategic objectives into comprehensive project plans.

• Ensure alignment within the team, readiness of resources, and timely delivery.

• Evaluate user behavior, operational workflows, and performance metrics to inform prioritization and product enhancements.

• Promote rapid feedback cycles, deliver value promptly, and adjust based on insights gained.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in product management or project delivery, preferably within digital health or health technology operations.

• Proficient in utilizing data and analytics tools such as Amplitude, Looker, SQL, and Google Sheets.

• Fluent in English.

• A valid work permit is mandatory.

• Residency in Sweden/Stockholm is advantageous, though not essential.

• Organized and proactive communication skills with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians.

• Capable of navigating uncertainty and independently fostering clarity and progress.

• Strong focus on execution and delivery.
