Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and take ownership of specific areas within the product roadmap, balancing immediate needs with a long-term vision.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to effectively translate clinical and business requirements into clear, technically sound product decisions.

• Engage with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their needs.

• Convert requirements into wireframes, low- and high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI specifications that prioritize clarity, usability, and trust.

• Lead the launch of new products and features, ensuring seamless execution and user adoption.

• Continuously assess product impact, identify gaps, and prioritize iterations for improvement.

• Work collaboratively across teams, communicating necessary trade-offs to ensure alignment with business and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, healthcare, or data-related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, particularly in healthtech, AI, or data-driven SaaS products.

• Proven track record in delivering AI/ML-powered, data-centric, and/or analytics-driven products.

• Experience in developing products used in clinical, operational, or high-stakes environments where reliability and trust are paramount.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, Scrum, and roadmapping tools.

• Strong technical knowledge, comfortable discussing data pipelines, AI/ML, APIs, cloud architectures, etc.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
