Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a specific product area or set of user experiences (e.g., patient portal, onboarding, care workflows)

• Assess and prioritize issues based on patient needs, business implications, and operational limitations

• Convert high-level objectives into precise product direction, requirements, and success metrics

• Collaborate with Product Leadership to create and uphold a prioritized product roadmap

• Make informed trade-offs among speed, scope, and impact

• Utilize data, user insights, and business context to guide decisions rather than relying solely on intuition

• Work alongside Project Managers to ensure seamless coordination and effective delivery of initiatives

• Establish clear success metrics for initiatives prior to project commencement

• Assess impact post-launch and identify further opportunities for improvement

• Leverage product events, funnel data, and qualitative feedback to discern what is effective and what requires adjustment

• Contribute to ensuring product decisions minimize preventable friction and confusion, particularly during the early stages of the patient journey

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a closely related field

• Proven experience managing product areas and delivering customer-facing features

• Strong aptitude for navigating ambiguous challenges and making clear trade-offs

• Comfortable collaborating across functions with engineering, design, and non-technical stakeholders

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Nice to Have: Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated sectors

• Familiarity with funnel metrics, lifecycle metrics, or retention strategies

• Experience with experimentation or A/B testing methodologies

• Understanding of operational or clinical workflows

• Strong written communication and documentation skills
