This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for a specific product, sub-product, component, or product area.

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from strategic vision to execution and launch.

• Identify market and client needs, and convert those requirements into actionable engineering deliverables.

• Lead product strategy, develop product roadmaps, user stories, requirements, and set quarterly OKRs.

• Create product business plans aimed at driving revenue and optimizing investment.

• Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to implement product development initiatives.

• Track KPIs and financial performance metrics.

• Engage with cross-functional teams on projects, product challenges, and potential issues.

• Work alongside Marketing, Sales, and Client Success teams for training, sales support, collateral, positioning, promotions, and ensuring product financial success.

• Guarantee legal and operational readiness while linking client feedback to revenue-generating technical solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of product management and/or business analysis experience within a software environment, including the development and execution of business objectives and/or requirements documents is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in Direct Marketing and Database Marketing is advantageous.

• Over 5 years of experience with Scrum or other Agile software development methodologies.

• More than 5 years of experience managing software development projects of low to medium complexity independently, handling multiple tasks, and fostering strong inter-team relationships.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in applying product management methodologies and best practices.

• Must be a US citizen or possess authorization to work in the United States.
