This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the backlog for the Admin platform, ensuring that each epic features a well-defined problem statement, measurable impact, and alignment with OKRs prior to entering the development phase.

• Engage in live technical discussions with clients (often conducted in English), translating business requirements into precise specifications for the development team.

• Identify enhancement opportunities within the Admin product: approval processes, user registration, travel policies, and cost-center management.

• Collaborate on the creation of AI products that are integrated into the platform, ensuring alignment of expectations across business, design, and engineering teams.

• Oversee the monthly release cycle, including prioritization, acceptance criteria, QA testing, and communication of releases to both the team and stakeholders.

• Work closely with Customer Success, Account Management, and Support as the product point of contact for customer feedback and potential opportunities.

• Create technical documentation and product-related materials.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in English: utilized in client interactions and for reading and composing technical documentation.

• Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira.

• Experience with product metrics (KPIs, OKRs) and making data-driven decisions.

• Strong technical communication skills: capable of conveying the same information to both developers and executives, adapting the language accordingly.

• Previous experience as a Product Manager, Product Analyst, or in similar roles related to digital products.

• Preferred: experience as a PM or in a similar role within B2B data registration and management systems, such as HR platforms, ERPs, IAM, or user administration, hierarchies, and corporate access policies.

• Familiarity with system integrations via REST APIs (experience from the product side is advantageous).

• Knowledge of AI products, chatbots, or process automation.

• Acquainted with expense management, HR, or corporate travel platforms.

• Experience using product analytics tools.

• Specialized training in Product Management (TERA, PM3, Product Arena, or similar).
