Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Supervise product development alongside the engineering team, ensuring the delivery of high-caliber solutions that meet market demands.

• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics, including adoption rates, retention, engagement, and overall business impact.

• Perform both quantitative and qualitative analyses of data to uncover areas for improvement and suggest evidence-backed solutions.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure product metrics are in harmony with growth objectives and market positioning.

• Formulate and execute growth strategies and operational efficiency initiatives tailored for logistics and e-commerce products.

• Design and execute experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and assess the impact of new features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in digital product development, particularly in logistics and e-commerce.

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum, with a track record of leading product development teams.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to influence and guide stakeholders effectively.

• Practical experience in defining and monitoring product metrics (e.g., cohort analysis, conversion funnels, churn rates, NPS).

• Capability to convert data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.

• Preferred: Familiarity with data analytics and metrics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL, Power BI, Looker, etc.).

• Certifications in product management, agile methodologies, or data analytics are advantageous.

• Understanding of design thinking and innovation methodologies relevant to defining success metrics.

• Experience in scale-up environments or rapidly growing companies.
