Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in regular discussions with municipal and county clerks as well as government administrators to gain insights into their daily operations, challenges, and current tools.

• Participate in sales calls as an observer to discern common objections, uncover unmet needs, and understand the terminology customers use to articulate their issues.

• Collaborate with our support and client success teams to identify emerging concerns from current customers whose requirements have evolved.

• Develop and sustain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, including existing offerings, gaps, and the desires of clerks.

• Recognize unmet market needs and assist in prioritizing what should be developed, enhanced, or discontinued.

• Assess both minor enhancements to existing products and prospects for introducing entirely new tools to the market.

• Collaborate with marketing to create messaging and content that is rooted in the actual language used by customers, rather than the terminology we prefer.

• Educate sales and client services teams on product capabilities enabling them to articulate confidently about our offerings.

• Work closely with engineering to convert customer insights into clear, prioritized requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within B2B SaaS or the government/public sector software space.

• Outstanding customer empathy; you enjoy engaging with users and know how to derive actionable insights.

• Strong cross-functional communication abilities; you can effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

• Comfort in ambiguous and early-stage environments where processes are still being developed.

• Familiarity with methodologies such as The Mom Test, Jobs to Be Done, or Business Model Canvas.

• Self-motivated attitude — you take initiative without waiting for direction.
