This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversees and directs the complete feature and product lifecycle, encompassing planning, development, and launch.
• Manages the iterative journey of our product from concept to production, which includes: scoping, defining specifications, prioritization, design, implementation, user acceptance testing, quality assurance, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Develops product specifications as necessary, including wireframes with assistance from Design, process workflows, state transition diagrams, copy decks, acceptance test plans, user stories, acceptance criteria, and personas.
• Establishes and prioritizes the product backlog by converting high-level requirements into user stories, and conducts acceptance testing continuously throughout each product iteration.
• Advocates for our product both internally and externally, promoting swift adoption.
• Sets clear objectives and key performance indicators related to customer value and drives strategies to accomplish them.
• Gathers customer feedback by engaging in end-user research, understanding their goals and challenges, and relaying key insights to internal teams.
• Evaluates quantitative data to identify the most effective strategies and discover new product opportunities.
• Reviews and provides innovative suggestions on business opportunities aimed at enhancing automation and process efficiency.
• Collaborates closely with Design and Development teams to outline Product Vision, Roadmap, and Release Plans.
• Ensures user adoption and assesses user utility.
• Works in partnership with Marketing, Customer Success, and other internal stakeholders to strategize and implement go-to-market initiatives.
• Over 7 years of experience in an analytical, product-oriented role.
• More than 5 years of experience in delivering products as a Product Manager.
• At least 2 years of experience in writing user stories and defining epics.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in coding is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with the construction technology industry or IoT is strongly preferred.
• Experience in launching technology products in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of creatively resolving issues, influencing product enhancements, and interpreting business and technical requirements.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Design, Information Technology, Economics, or a related STEM degree program is required or equivalent.
• Ability to produce clear and focused documentation, such as process flows and standard operating procedures.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Proven capacity to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction, consistently setting and surpassing high-quality standards.
