This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and manage product roadmaps that are aligned with customer requirements, market potential, and business objectives.
• Collect and evaluate product feedback and enhancement requests through direct assessment, documentation, focus groups, and research methods.
• Collaborate with the product management team to construct, validate, and continually enhance the product roadmap.
• Work alongside engineering to identify, define, design, estimate, and implement product features.
• Record and assess enhancement requests and trends to guide product direction.
• Provide clear and effective functional product documentation.
• Organize, coordinate, and oversee product version releases.
• Effectively communicate product plans, updates, and value propositions to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support marketing efforts in conveying product advantages and aiding in launch activities.
• Engage in root cause analysis to suggest product enhancements and improve product effectiveness.
• Contribute to business process management initiatives by gathering metrics and enhancing processes.
• Conduct research, planning, and integration efforts related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Serve as a project manager for specific initiatives as necessary.
• Aid in formulating product pricing strategies when appropriate.
• Interact with colleagues, management, clients, and partners in a professional and courteous manner.
• Adhere to all company regulations, policies, and procedures.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3–5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, product marketing, professional services, systems development, or IT operations.
• Experience in product management with a focus on data-driven or AI-driven feature analysis.
• Expertise in building integrations with external software systems.
• Experience in integrating multiple products into a cohesive platform.
• Skills in adding internationalization or translation capabilities.
• Knowledge of working with user management, authentication, and authorization.
• Proficiency in competitive research and analysis.
• Additional preferred, but not essential, experience includes:
• Experience in IT Operations fields such as ITSM, PPM, Asset Management, or similar.
• Experience administering or implementing the TeamDynamix Work Management platform.
