This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the comprehensive oversight of designated products, services, and programs.

• Direct products or functions to align with the business strategy and fulfill customer requirements.

• Propel product innovation by leveraging customer insights to enhance the customer experience.

• Take responsibility for business outcomes, including product sales, acquisition, volume objectives, and P&L effects.

• Create and execute products, policies, procedures, training, enhancements, and initiatives aimed at reducing irritants.

• Act as the subject matter expert for product-related questions and assist in senior management presentations.

• Lead the development of business plans, forecasts, product assessments, strategic reviews, and growth strategies.

• Examine customer, market, industry, and competitor trends utilizing research, focus groups, and secondary data analysis.

• Conduct ideation and problem-solving workshops with partners and vendors.

• Develop business cases for new product creation and strategic initiatives.

• Maintain connections with sales distribution, internal stakeholders, external partners, and channel owners.

• Design comprehensive processes for product development, implementation, reporting, and feedback.

• Oversee product features, enhancements, pricing, margins, volume, acquisition, retention, engagement, and market share.

• Establish product policies and processes consistent with risk tolerance and regulatory standards.

• Ensure product deliverables are coordinated within budget and the approved product plan.

• Advocate for annual business planning and monthly/quarterly forecasting.

• Collaborate with IT, operations, legal, compliance, marketing, and external service providers.

• Identify and manage market, credit, and operational risks.

• Contribute to team development, knowledge sharing, mentorship, and fostering productive stakeholder relationships.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or product management certification along with 7+ years of pertinent experience.

• Prior product experience is generally required.

• In-depth knowledge of product research, analysis, development, forecasting, pricing, and competitive intelligence.

• Awareness of current and emerging competitor and market dynamics.

• Capability to lead, plan, implement, and assess program/project activities.

• Proficiency in forecasting and contributing to the strategic direction of product management.

• Effective oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate and cultivate relationships across various teams and functions.

• Competence to work autonomously as well as within a team.

• Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities.

• Skill to analyze, organize, and prioritize tasks while meeting multiple deadlines.

• Experience in preparing and managing budgets and P&L.

• Familiarity with analytical software tools, data analysis methods, and reporting techniques.

• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Preferred: experience in project management.

• Preferred: capability to work across functional areas.

• Preferred: existing experience with customer credit cards.

• Preferred: strong relationship management skills.

• Occasional domestic travel is required; international travel is not expected.

• Continuous sedentary work involving multitasking, operating office equipment, concentrating, reading/writing/comprehension, and basic arithmetic.
