Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for external development teams.

• Propel development speed, ensure project milestones are achieved, and uphold high-quality output standards.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to establish a comprehensive roadmap and requirements.

• Supervise User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure scalability.

• Work closely with the Head of Growth and Engineering to align technology standards with marketing objectives.

• Manage the product lifecycle from MVP to global scale, utilizing data-driven insights for feature prioritization.

• Regularly assess the performance of external development teams and their alignment with the long-term strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.

• Demonstrated success in managing external or distributed development teams.

• Proficient in overseeing multiple related features or products.

• Excellent and well-documented communication skills.

• Strong understanding of self-service SaaS metrics.

• Knowledgeable about APIs, cloud infrastructure, and large-scale systems.

• Capable of holding external partners accountable to high standards and tight deadlines.
