Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Clearly and strategically communicate and document the rules, releases, and programs of card brands related to issuance.

• Facilitate discussions with internal teams (product, engineering, risk, compliance, etc.) and external partners to ensure understanding and compliance with card brand requirements.

• Analyze bulletins, including those from the Processor, CPs, as well as releases and communications from partners and regulators, identifying impacts, risks, and opportunities.

• Identify internal stakeholders impacted by each new requirement or regulatory change, serving as the liaison between business and technical teams.

• Create action plans and strategies for implementing new programs and regulatory changes.

• Monitor trends and transformations in the payment market, providing strategic insights to aid product evolution.

• Develop support and guidance materials (guides, presentations, FAQs, etc.) to assist in the implementation of changes.

• Proficient in English.

• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret technical and regulatory documents.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of distilling complex information into clear messages.

• Familiarity with Jira is advantageous.
