Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the product roadmap for significant segments of Stedi's healthcare clearinghouse solutions.

• Be part of a team that continuously delivers products.

• Report directly to the Head of Product and Engineering while collaborating closely with the CEO to shape product strategy.

• Create detailed technical product and business documentation, including PR/FAQs, BRDs, and GitHub tickets.

• Engage with healthcare clients to collect feedback and requirements, translating them into actionable product strategies.

• Work alongside design teams on mockups and wireframes.

• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize and implement features.

• Evaluate product performance, monitor adoption rates, and identify potential areas for investment.

• Manage metrics related to product adoption and user engagement.

• Assist with other product initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of Stedi's overall product portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in product management with a proven history of launching successfully adopted products.

• Experience with B2B products delivered through APIs is highly advantageous.

• A minimum of 2 years in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly in eligibility verification workflows, is strongly preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or substantial experience in coding, is strongly preferred.

• A proven ability to drive product adoption and manage a product roadmap effectively.

• Skill in translating complex customer needs for a highly technical audience.

• A strong interest in understanding how systems function and ways to enhance product quality.

• Capacity to excel in an ambiguous environment and deliver products frequently.
