Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gain insights into business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.

• Convert business requirements into well-defined product specifications, user stories, and actionable strategies.

• Establish and uphold product roadmaps that reflect business goals, customer needs, and delivery capabilities.

• Take ownership and prioritize product backlogs to ensure that teams concentrate on the most valuable initiatives.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, UX Research, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• Facilitate effective communication between business and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.

• Drive product initiatives from conception to implementation, managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.

• Examine customer feedback, market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to uncover opportunities for growth and differentiation.

• Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of internal products, services, and product practices.

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance customer value, and bolster business growth.

• Monitor product performance and leverage data-driven insights to guide decision-making and prioritization.

• Promote collaboration and alignment across various stakeholder groups while maintaining a strong focus on customer and business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a related field.

• Proven experience collaborating directly with stakeholders to define business needs and product specifications.

• Solid understanding of product lifecycle management, roadmap development, and prioritization of backlogs.

• Familiarity with working alongside cross-functional teams in Agile settings.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

• Comfortable with independent work, taking ownership, and advancing initiatives with minimal supervision.

• Capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Product-oriented and customer-centric mindset.

• Awareness of business and commercial dynamics.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

• A curious and continuous learning attitude.

• Flexibility and a high degree of autonomy with minimal oversight.

• Ability to influence and build consensus across teams and stakeholders.

• Proactive in spotting opportunities and resolving issues.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Experience with IoT would be a significant advantage.
