Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Articulate and convey the product vision and strategy to internal teams and stakeholders.

• Perform market analysis, competitive research, and gather user feedback to guide product decisions and uncover innovation opportunities.

• Create and prioritize a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and user requirements.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to convert product strategy into comprehensive requirements and prototypes.

• Interact with customers to collect insights and validate the product direction.

• Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the success of product initiatives.

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from initial conception through launch and ongoing enhancements.

• Direct cross-functional teams to refine and implement the product strategy and roadmap.

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager with a solid grasp of product management principles.

• Substantial experience in formulating product strategies and overseeing product roadmaps.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working efficiently with cross-functional teams.

• Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools is advantageous.

• Experience in a technology firm or in the creation of digital products.

• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and practices.

• Knowledge of product analytics tools and methodologies.

• Proficiency with product lifecycle management tools.
