Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Taking ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for SportyBet Mexico, ensuring alignment with the company's growth and revenue objectives.

• Identifying, prioritizing, and implementing impactful growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization efforts.

• Leading ongoing product discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and insights from the market.

• Gaining an in-depth understanding of user behavior in Mexico, local sports culture, the payments ecosystem, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions efficiently and effectively.

• Ensuring all products comply with local regulations while remaining competitive within the market.

• Defining, tracking, and optimizing essential metrics (OKRs, funnels, cohorts, LTV, retention, conversion).

• Working alongside marketing, compliance, operations, and leadership to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.

• Fluent in Spanish with strong communication skills in English.

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager in the Sportsbook or real-money gaming sectors.

• Proven success in driving growth through data-driven experimentation and iterative processes.

• Comprehensive knowledge of sportsbook mechanics and the betting user journey.

• Experience in regulated environments such as gaming, fintech, or similar industries.

• Capability to influence and lead cross-functional teams within a fast-paced, distributed organization.

• Experience in defining and executing OKRs or similar performance metrics.

• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven trade-offs.
