This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for the comprehensive strategy of the product line and its tactical execution to achieve corporate goals.
• Works collaboratively across various functions to support all dimensions of the product line, including operations, sourcing, marketing, sales, engineering, and other business areas.
• Orchestrates market research to assess product requirements and pinpoint enhancements to existing features and functionalities.
• Develops and executes marketing strategies, encompassing product direction, advertising, packaging, pricing, and future development plans, while managing the product's lifecycle.
• Provides counsel to senior management on product development strategies, offering insights into market and industry trends, customer needs, and product performance to inform decision-making.
• Participates in leadership meetings, working in conjunction with other departments to align product strategies with overarching business objectives and tackle cross-functional challenges.
• Establishes project parameters for new product initiatives, detailing product scope, deliverables, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure clarity and focus in project execution.
• Executes product management strategies, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring product-market alignment and profitability.
• Maintains market lead-time requirements, offering guidance on both short-term and long-term capacity planning by forecasting demand and collaborating closely with Operations.
• Guarantees adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the product development process, minimizing risks and ensuring quality control.
• Recruits, trains, and develops new members of the product management team, cultivating a high-performance culture and ensuring that team members possess the necessary skills and resources for success.
• Instructs and mentors team members, providing coaching on product development best practices, strategic thinking, and industry trends to promote their professional growth.
• Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
• Specialized Degree: Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Years of Experience: 5-7 Years
• Preferred Education & Experience Specialized Degree: Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Licenses/Certificates: Certification in product management or a relevant field (e.g., Certified Product Manager (CPM), PMP)
