Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assist the Product Management team in creating product objectives and roadmaps while guiding execution teams to deliver attractive and viable solutions.

• Collaborate with the PM team to ensure your product's success and implement methods to accurately assess and inform its market performance and future enhancements.

• Help refine the development roadmap, ensuring that it accurately reflects the current situation. Be proactive in identifying and eliminating obstacles to achieve timely product launches.

• Work collaboratively across functions to enable Sonatype to design, sell, market, and support products aimed at elegantly and innovatively addressing the most significant (urgent, widespread, and marketable) challenges.

• Cultivate personal expertise in the field of product management and investigate new tools and techniques for prioritizing work.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in roles that involve exposure to the product development lifecycle, preferably with familiarity in modern software development practices.

• Strong aptitude for understanding and resolving complex issues.

• Experience collaborating with primary stakeholders such as Engineering and Design teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including advanced proficiency in English.

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline would be highly beneficial.

• Experience with a software product company or SaaS environment is a significant advantage.
