Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Initiate and manage new services such as card issuing and mass payouts from the ground up. You will oversee the entire process: from defining the problem to designing solutions, delivering them, and ensuring they go live.

• Contribute to the long-term product strategy for the Treasury sector — not merely executing a roadmap, but also advocating for the future direction of the product.

• Conduct ongoing customer discovery — including user interviews, customer development, and collaborating closely with B2B clients to refine the actual problems that Solidgate Treasury addresses for them.

• Convert customer insights and partner documentation into actionable product decisions. You will be required to navigate complex integration specifications and API documentation.

• Manage the complete development lifecycle within a cross-functional team - from the Request for Comments (RFC) and Product Requirements Document (PRD) to production - collaborating daily with engineers and various cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a product-oriented company.

• Ability to engage with complex technical products: interpreting API documentation, navigating integration specifications, and collaborating extensively with engineers.

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher. Regular interaction with international partners and documentation is expected.

• A proactive approach to tasks. If something is ambiguous, you seek clarification. If an issue arises, you take the initiative to resolve it. This team values independence and self-sufficiency.
