Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Perform market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to uncover opportunities and validate product concepts.

• Collect and evaluate user feedback, product metrics, and behavioral data to inform product decisions.

• Convert insights into concise problem statements and potential product opportunities.

• Establish product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that align with company goals.

• Play a role in shaping product strategy and planning the roadmap for areas of ownership.

• Prioritize features and initiatives based on user impact, technical feasibility, and business value.

• Oversee and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with development teams.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product features within deadlines.

• Assist in sprint planning, product reviews, and release management activities.

• Work together with design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to create unified product experiences.

• Communicate product updates, requirements, and progress effectively to stakeholders.

• Ensure that product initiatives align with broader business objectives.

• Track product performance using analytics and user feedback.

• Identify areas for product enhancements and optimizations.

• Facilitate experimentation and data-driven product iterations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of experience in product management or similar roles.

• Strong grasp of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

• Capability to translate complex challenges into clear product requirements.
