Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Establish the product vision, positioning, and roadmap that align with the company's growth goals and client business outcomes.

• Translate business objectives and customer needs into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.

• Ensure that product initiatives have a direct impact on KPIs, including revenue growth, client retention, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Serve as the main point of contact between customers, leadership, sales, and engineering, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment.

• Continuously evaluate industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to uncover opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

• Define, track, and optimize product performance metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and facilitate continuous improvement.

• Collect and integrate feedback from clients and stakeholders to enhance product-market fit and maximize long-term value.

• Lead agile ceremonies and ensure effective execution, balancing speed-to-market with quality and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (strong technical foundation preferred).

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in technology-driven or client-facing environments.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver products that generate tangible business value.

• Deep understanding of agile frameworks and product lifecycle management.

• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience in the fintech sector is preferred.

• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.

• Familiarity with AI-driven solutions or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.

• Consulting or multi-client project experience is preferred.

• Previous team leadership experience is an advantage.
