This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of product domains, contributing to the definition of vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with the manager to ensure alignment on product strategy, priorities, and roadmap direction.
• Balance immediate delivery needs with the long-term evolution of the product.
• Directly engage with customers, prospects, and internal teams to identify genuine issues.
• Convert insights into actionable opportunities and clear product direction.
• Challenge existing assumptions and advocate for straightforward, high-impact solutions.
• Operate within a Scrum framework as the product owner for your team.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on impact and business value.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering Leads and Scrum Masters to ensure efficient sprint execution.
• Actively engage in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Draft clear and concise product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Facilitate alignment among Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, and Sales.
• Monitor delivery progress and proactively address any blockers.
• Install, utilize, and thoroughly understand the product and user workflows.
• Proven experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a comparable role.
• Strong problem-solving approach - focusing on outcomes rather than just features.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in agile settings (preferably Scrum).
• Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort working with distributed teams across various time zones.
• Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and translate them into product decisions.
• Hands-on approach - actively using and exploring your product.
• Background in QA, test automation, or developer tooling (considered a strong plus).
• Familiarity with test management tools such as Testmo, TestRail, or Xray (considered a strong plus).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows (considered a strong plus).
• Experience in release or project management (considered a strong plus).
• Exposure to SaaS and cloud-based testing platforms (considered a strong plus).
