This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Conduct user interviews, perform research, and analyze Support feedback to uncover pain points and requirements.
• Track competitors and market trends to discover new opportunities for value creation.
• Prioritize backlog items (such as bugs, improvements, and features) utilizing prioritization frameworks (WSJF, RICE, MoSCoW, etc.).
• Create User Stories, acceptance criteria, and comprehensive specifications.
• Address inquiries from Engineering and Design, eliminate obstacles, and validate deliverables.
• Collaborate with the Design/UX team to create wireframes and guarantee a superior user experience.
• Communicate the roadmap, progress updates, and product vision to leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate the go-to-market launches of new features alongside the Marketing and Sales teams.
• Negotiate for resources and decline requests that do not align with the product strategy.
• Train and provide information on new features to Sales and Support teams.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in Digital Product Management, Product, or related positions.
• Strong background in applying and practicing Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and managing backlogs.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing the complete lifecycle of a key feature or product with a defined scope.
• Proficiency in utilizing prioritization frameworks (WSJF, RICE, MoSCoW, etc.).
• Strong data analysis abilities, KPI definition, and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics) to inform decisions.
• Capable of writing clear and detailed User Stories, requirements, and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
• Ability to influence teams and stakeholders without formal authority.
• Knowledge and experience in conducting user research and usability testing to ensure product-market fit.
• Clear understanding of the company’s business model and how the product generates value and revenue.
• Solid understanding of the software development process, basic architecture, and technical constraints to communicate effectively with Engineering.
• Proficiency in using project management and roadmapping tools (e.g., Jira).
