Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a strategic area within the platform and establish and execute the product roadmap.

• Convert customer requirements, technical specifications, and business objectives into precise, well-defined product features.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to define, specify, and deliver features within an agile framework.

• Lead customer discovery initiatives to gain insights into workflows, challenges, and potential opportunities.

• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate product performance.

• Develop and implement product processes and best practices as the inaugural product manager.

• Conduct competitive analysis and remain informed about emerging trends in infrastructure products.

• Shape product strategy and company direction as a vital team member.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customers to guide the ideation, development, and rollout of features for DevOps, SRE, and platform teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Product Manager within a B2B SaaS context.

• Familiarity with infrastructure platforms, developer tools, or DevOps products.

• A technical background or the capability to collaborate effectively with engineering-focused teams.

• A strong sense of ownership and enthusiasm for building products from the ground up.

• Exceptional communication skills in English.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
