Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete lifecycle of a consumer electronics portfolio with an emphasis on audio hardware.

• Oversee product development from initial concept through to production.

• Collaborate directly with manufacturing partners based in China.

• Propel ongoing quality enhancements throughout every phase of the process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware product development, preferably within the audio sector or similar consumer electronics.

• Hands-on experience in working with factories in China, including sourcing, prototyping, and managing production.

• Demonstrated success in driving continuous quality improvements at the product level.

• Familiarity with operating under EOS or similar frameworks focused on accountability is advantageous.

• A direct and clear communicator who is willing to challenge ideas and leadership when necessary.

• Able to thrive in a dynamic, high-expectation environment that involves ambiguity and real accountability.

• Proficient in English.
