This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia, +1 more country.
• Take charge of the development of new casual mobile F2P products from the initial concept to soft launch and beyond, emphasizing early-stage creation.
• Lead the 0→1 phase of product development: crafting game concepts, defining core gameplay experiences, and transforming ideas into validated paths.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (game design, analytics, art, engineering) to bring innovative game concepts to fruition.
• Design and validate new features, mechanics, and game concepts through rapid testing, experimentation, and iteration.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance during development and post-launch, leveraging data to guide decisions and enhancements.
• Steer the product through soft launch and iterations, utilizing data and player behavior to refine and scale successful initiatives.
• Remain attuned to market trends and player expectations to uncover opportunities and guide new product directions.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in casual mobile F2P games.
• Strong product thinking skills, capable of defining features, prioritizing roadmaps, and making data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated experience in launching casual games (from conception and prototyping to soft launch and/or global release).
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams (product, analytics, design, engineering).
• Comprehensive knowledge of mobile game mechanics, player engagement, and retention strategies.
• Understanding of various monetization models (IAP, ads, and hybrid models).
• Proficient in user analysis, A/B testing, and behavior-based targeting.
• Data-driven mindset, adept at tracking KPIs and extracting actionable insights from results.
• Strong ownership mentality with a proactive approach, backed by a current awareness of market trends and competitor activities.
• Advanced English proficiency (both spoken and written) to communicate effectively in professional settings.
