Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Establish and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Recognize market opportunities and understand customer requirements.

• Perform competitive analysis and conduct product research.

• Align product initiatives with the company's overarching goals and business objectives.

• Create both short-term and long-term product strategies.

• Take ownership of and prioritize the product backlog.

• Develop clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

• Facilitate sprint planning, roadmap reviews, and product release planning.

• Ensure successful product launches and drive post-launch improvements.

• Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders and development teams.

• Collect requirements and convert business needs into effective product solutions.

• Deliver product updates, priorities, and strategic recommendations to leadership.

• Manage expectations, timelines, risks, and trade-offs effectively.

• Define and monitor product KPIs.

• Evaluate user behavior, customer feedback, and performance metrics.

• Identify opportunities to enhance adoption, retention, and engagement.

• Provide data-driven insights to improve product performance.

• Lead initiatives for product experimentation and optimization efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management.

• Demonstrable experience managing SaaS, software, or digital products.

• Strong grasp of Agile product development methodologies.

• Proven experience in creating and managing product roadmaps.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and make strategic choices.

• Preferred: Background in SaaS, AI, Marketing Technology, or startup settings.

• Preferred: Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Notion, Asana, or similar.

• Preferred: Knowledge of product analytics platforms including Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.

• Preferred: Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices.

• Preferred: Experience managing remote teams and coordinating with distributed stakeholders.
