Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the product backlog by crafting clear user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring that priorities are actionable.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and VA stakeholders to convert requirements into well-defined, deliverable product tasks.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.

• Monitor delivery progress, identify obstacles, and manage dependencies to maintain team momentum.

• Leverage data, user research, and stakeholder feedback to guide prioritization and product strategies.

• Clearly communicate across engineering, design, and governmental stakeholder teams to ensure alignment.

• Execute other related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner within federal health IT programs.

• Practical experience with Oracle Health or comparable EHR platforms is highly preferred.

• Experience with VA programs is a significant advantage.

• Strong skills in backlog management, including user story creation, acceptance criteria formulation, and MVP definition.

• Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams through regular sprint cycles.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to complex environments involving multiple stakeholders.

• Capacity to excel in a remote, collaborative Agile setting.

• Excellent and open communication skills when leading planning sessions or presenting to VA leadership.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.

• Certain roles may necessitate U.S. citizenship and the capability to obtain and sustain a federal background investigation and/or security clearance.

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
