This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.
• Independently lead the discovery process by conducting client interviews, synthesizing research, and establishing a clear perspective on which problems are worth addressing and the reasons behind them.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (commercial, professional services, support) and external clients to identify and validate issues before moving forward with solutions.
• Maintain a foundational document for each initiative - a dynamic record that details the problem, your findings, your methodology, and your level of confidence.
• Recognize when you have sufficient information to move ahead and when further evidence is needed.
• Clearly define the scope - what you are developing, what you are not, and the rationale behind these decisions.
• Work closely with UX design and UX research teams to create experiences that are both functional and meaningful.
• Partner with engineering teams to transform intent into well-defined, actionable work.
• Make informed trade-off decisions, communicate them effectively, and support them confidently.
• Monitor outcomes - assessing not only whether a product was launched but also its effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product marketing to create launch materials, positioning, and messaging.
• Contribute to sales enablement by developing materials, briefing commercial teams, and helping them understand what has been created and its significance.
• Consider release sequencing, client readiness, and adoption rather than focusing solely on feature completeness.
• Understand the commercial context of your projects: who funds them, the reasons behind them, and what success looks like from a business standpoint.
• A minimum of three years of product management experience within a B2B or SaaS setting.
• Proven experience managing product work from start to finish - including discovery, delivery, and market entry.
• Strong skills in problem framing: the ability to articulate what you are solving, for whom, and the importance of the solution prior to seeking answers.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and making decisions without having all the information available.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with audiences that are both technical and non-technical.
• Experience working closely with UX designers, researchers, and engineers as collaborative partners.
• A track record of outcome-oriented thinking: success is measured by the changes achieved, not merely by what was delivered.
• Autonomy and accountability - capable of performing well without close supervision.
• Proficient in analyzing and working with unstructured data to guide decision-making processes.
• Embrace AI as a tool for enhancement while safeguarding product quality.
• Experience in mobile product development, including native apps, offline capabilities, or mobile-first workflows.
• Familiarity with designing or managing integrations, including APIs, third-party data flows, or platform connectivity.
• Exposure to e-commerce, subscription business models, or decisions related to commercial products.
• Knowledge of maritime, logistics, or other safety-critical operational areas.
• Experience deploying features that leverage AI capabilities.
• Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.
• Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
• Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
• Flexible working arrangements to promote work-life balance.
• Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
