Product Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and launch AI features, agents, and workflows through hands-on engagement with tools like Claude Code.

• Utilize AI on a daily basis to enhance personal productivity.

• Implement a measurable experimentation cycle by shipping products, learning from outcomes, iterating, and documenting findings.

• Manage the delivery rhythm over two-week cycles, ensuring that engineering and design teams remain organized, focused, and unimpeded.

• Transform initial concepts into well-defined product initiatives with clear scopes and identified risks.

• Establish product objectives that align with overall business goals.

• Collaborate with the audit and verification team to define success metrics.

• Minimum of 9–10 years of experience in product management.

• Exceptional organizational capabilities.

• Proven hands-on experience in building with AI technologies.

• Experience thriving in a startup environment.

• Familiarity with contemporary AI tools.
