Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of product roadmaps that align with the company's strategic goals and customer requirements.

• Collaborate with senior product leaders to establish product specifications, user narratives, and acceptance criteria for new features and improvements.

• Engage cross-departmentally to influence the development of our customer engagement strategy, encompassing marketing, sales, and overall strategy.

• Collect and evaluate customer insights from interviews, product usage analytics, and internal feedback to pinpoint areas for product enhancement.

• Work closely with engineering and AI/ML teams throughout the product development process to guarantee the successful execution of product initiatives.

• Partner with customer success and solutions engineering teams to comprehend customer workflows, use cases, and challenges in scientific and industrial settings.

• Aid in prioritizing product backlog items based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic goals.

• Take part in product discovery efforts, including market analysis, competitive research, and user interviews.

• Support go-to-market strategies by collaborating with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams during product launches and customer enablement.

• Assist in defining and tracking product metrics to assess adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.

• Generate and maintain product documentation, release notes, and internal training materials.

• Act as a customer advocate while balancing technical limitations and business objectives.

• Cultivate a robust understanding of emerging trends in artificial intelligence, machine learning, scientific computing, and enterprise software.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, or a similar field.

• 1–5 years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, consulting, software implementation, or a related position.

• A genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring new technologies and industries.

• Experience with SaaS products or enterprise software solutions.

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.

• Proven ability to translate customer needs into product specifications or user narratives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of navigating ambiguous and complex challenges.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
