This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop features and tools that have a direct impact on teachers and students.
• Take ownership of the platform experience by collaborating closely: define what is built, why it is built, and the sequence in which it is developed, working hand in hand with the engineering team.
• Collaborate directly with design and internal content/ELA pedagogy experts throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial discovery to launch, to ensure that features address real challenges faced in the classroom.
• Work in close partnership with a dynamic, AI-driven engineering team to deliver impactful features.
• Convert ambiguous challenges into clear priorities and ensure accountability among cross-functional partners regarding scope and timelines.
• Utilize data to assess what is effective, what is not, and identify the most significant opportunities for improvement.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Management role focusing on scaling new or existing products.
• Preference for candidates with experience in EdTech, K-12 education, SaaS, or involvement with instructional products.
• Proven experience collaborating closely with design and subject-matter experts (including content and pedagogy) to develop features, rather than merely passing off requirements.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of everyday product management activities, with a genuine enthusiasm for working within a team that prioritizes AI in its development.
• Strong analytical abilities, enabling direct engagement with data instead of relying on others for insights.
