This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete delivery process for product initiatives across various Scrum teams.

• Convert product strategy into comprehensive requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Serve as the main point of contact for two scrum teams, offering clarity, prioritization, and swift decision-making.

• Oversee and continuously enhance the product backlog to ensure it aligns with roadmap objectives.

• Eliminate obstacles and proactively tackle risks to sustain delivery momentum.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from business, sales, customer success, and support to gather requirements and align priorities.

• Perform customer, market, and competitive research to guide product direction.

• Establish success metrics and assess product performance, including adoption rates, user engagement, and business results.

• Facilitate sprint ceremonies as required (planning, grooming, reviews) and ensure high-quality execution.

• Test, validate, and iterate on features in close partnership with engineering and QA teams.

• Deliver product updates, demonstrations, and business cases to both internal and external audiences.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a combined PM/PO role in B2B SaaS.

• Demonstrated ability to drive execution across multiple product releases or initiatives.

• Strong capability to craft clear, detailed product requirements and collaborate closely with engineering teams.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with high delivery expectations.

• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., LLMs, analytics, or automation tools) to derive customer insights, enhance product decisions, or boost team productivity.

• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and make informed decisions with limited guidance.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and user-centric thinking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Comfortable working within a remote-first, globally distributed team setting.
